Once upon a time, there was a ruthless, defiant bastard who thought nothing of his fellowmen. Under strange circumstances he is now raising a baby. But that baby, isn't a normal baby, it is a Baby Demon Lord.

Tatsumi Oga- the contrct holder and parent of Baby Beel, sometimes called the Rampaging Ogre and BoB Brawler. Baby Beel's full name is Kaiser de Emperana Beelzebub IV

Hildegarde- the Demon Maidservant of Baby Beel sent by the Great Demon Lord

Takayuki Furuichi- a close friend of Oga.

Alaindelon- a transferral demon

Hajime Kanzaki- a Member of TKKH (Tojo, Kunieda, Kanzaki, and Himekawa)

Tatsuya Himekawa- a Member of TKKH

Kunieda Aoi- a Member of TKKH and the Leader of Red Tails

Tojo Hidetora- a Member of TKKH
