English bread, German bread, French bread, but Japan bread does not exist, there is no choice but to create it. This is a story of a biographical ballad of a boy who possess the solar hands.
Azuma Kazuma - the main character and the creator of Japan, he possess the solar hands, he won the Pantasia Newcomer's battle and became the champion. He also won the Monaco cup as champion together with Suwabara Kai and Kawachi Kyousuke. They also won the battle between Pantasia and St. Pierre together with Kanmuri Shigeru and Kawachi Kyousuke
Kawachi Kyousuke- the side character and Azuma's best bud. He first met with Azuma in the Pantasia Newcomer's battle and became and enemy of Azuma, but later they became close and supported Azuma in the Monaco Cup and won together, they also won the battle between Pantasia and St. Pierre. He possess the Solar Gauntlets, he is also the funniest guy among the bunch.
Tsukino Azusagawa- the owner of Pantasia Southern Tokyo Branch, she recruited Azuma Kazuma and Kawachi Kyousuke hoping they would help in getting more customers to her store, she is the 3rd daughter of the owner of Pantasia.
Matsushiro Ken- the manager of Pantasia Southern Tokyo Branch, he is also an expert in bread making along with his friend Mokoyama
Kinoshita Kageto- an employer of the Pantasia Southern Tokyo Branch, he is once part of a circus who has the ability to duplicate himself, he uses this technique to guard the store when Azuma and everyone is away.
Kai Suwabara- a participant of the Pantasia Newcomer's battle, he joined Azuma in participating in the Monaco Cup, and there he met Monica Adenauer, and fell inlove with each other. Together with Monica, they battled with Azuma in the battle between Pantasia and St. Pierre, with strong desire to defeat his former companion Azuma.
Monica Adenauer- a participant in the Monaco cup in the American Representatives, she fell inlove with Kai.
Kanmuri Shigeru- was once an underling of Azusagawa Yukino, but after being betrayed, he joined the Southern Tokyo Branch together with Azuma. He supported the guys in their fight in the Monaco Cup, and together with Azuma they won the battle between Pantasia and St. Pierre. He is the first runner up winner in the Pantasia Newcomer's battle following Azuma.
Ryou Kuroyanagi- the judge of pantasia newcomer's battle and the battle between Pantasia and St. Pierre, he also became the coach of Azuma, Kawachi, and Suwabara during the Monaco Cup. He is also Kanmuri's senpai and Matsushiro Ken's apprentice.
Pierrot Bolneze- or also called Leol, he is the son of the former King of Monaco Cup, he became the judge of the Monaco Cup and has also been part of judging during the battle between Pantasia and St. Pierre.
Yukino Azusagawa- owner of the Shinjuku Central Branch of Pantasia and is the main antagonist of the series. She appeared as the one responsible for the explosion of Kanmuri Shigeru's Laboratory.
Kirisaki Yuuichi- also a main antagonist, he is the owner of St. Pierre and Azuma's occhan who taught him how to make bread when he was young
Tsuyoshi Mokoyama- Matsushiro Ken's best bud, he is the manager of the Central St. Pierre's branch, he is also the rival of Azuma Kazuma.
Mizuno Azusagawa- the younger sister of Tsukino, she is also the owner of the second largest branch of Pantasia.
Silvan/Meister Kirisaki- Kirisaki Yuuichi's son and is the owner of Pantasia
Sophie Balzac Kirisaki- Kirisaki Yuuichi's daughter who lives in France.
The other characters are Kayser Brothers consisted of Gran Kayser, Bob Kayser and Edward Kayser, Shadow White- Azuma's enemy in the finals in Monaco Cup, Spencer Henley Hoko- Azuma's enemy during the Pantasia Newcomer's battle and Kawachi's enemy in the Monaco Cup finals, Masanobo Tsutsumi- Kanmuri Shigeru's brother, Norihei Miki- Azuma's enemy whom they lost with, Takumi Tsubodzuka, Hiroshi Kaname, Shizuto Narumi, and Go Chimatsuri- CMAP's contestants who participated in the Pantasia vs. St. Pierre match, Sadanao Azusagawa- grandfather of the three azusagawa sisters and owner of Pantasia, Coo-coo- Meister Kirisaki's noble pet, Leonhart XIV- Pierrot's father, Katsuo Umino- who they called a pig because of his strong sense of smell, Kidd- Kuroyanagi's classmate.
